From: Don Curtis, Owner of Superior Sod & Garden Supplies 6÷21÷16 This review is to express our most sincere appreciation for the services provided by Mac Bilzi Services. Both Steve and Sue Bilzi have been extraordinarily helpful, friendly, and accomplished in two days what two other Computer Tech Companies(calling themselves«Experts») have never been able to achieve. For over a decade we have been struggling daily with our computer system that had a multitude of problems. The«Experts» only provided partial solutions, charged us a fortune, and continually left us hobbling. We struggled with this daily, until we learned about and approached Steve Bilzi. He came out to our offices and reviewed our entire system which consists of both iMac and PC Computers. Within one day his diagnosis was complete. The next day he brought in a new hard drive, installed more RAM, 3 external hard-drives to back up our IBackup Program, and spent a few more hours upgrading and fine tuning our computers, all the while searching and finding the rest of the«hidden demons». He was able to establish solid communications between our IMacs and the PC Server. This was one of our weakest links within the system, and Steve resolved it. For the past 30 days, we have not had any issue of being dropped, our systems open each morning quickly and without any mishap, our speed of operation has never been this fast, and all unnecessary popups are gone. We are thrilled and the increased efficiency that Steve has provided us is unmeasurable and much appreciated! From all of my experiences, they clearly state that Steve Bilzi, owner of Mac Bilzi Services is, truly, the only Computer Expert in Wilmington, NC.

I had a great experience here, from the time I called to ask about their services until I walked out the door with a working computer. The owners are friendly and trustworthy. I wasn’t charged for anything I didn’t need, and I was fixed up super fast. I will definitely come here for all my mac needs.

Bilzi is the best for Mac service/repair. I made the mistake of taking my MacAir somewhere else first and they kept telling me my hard drive was bad, Airs don’t have hard drives I kept telling them. They wanted $ 300-$ 500 for me to send it off for repair. Bilzi had it up and running within a minute, literally and loaded my OS back up after the other place had deleted it. For $ 50 my machine is back up and running! Thanks Bilzi!

If you have any Mac issues and you are in the Jacksonville or Wilmington area, this is the place to go. These are the nicest people! They know what they are doing. They are honest, hardworking, and flexible. They stayed past closing so I could drop off my MacBook. They have a level of customer service that is hard to find these days. I was a little worried when I pulled up to their store… But they have security camera ect. Have I mentioned how nice they are?

Fantastic people. Honest and helpful. Consulted with me, free of charge and saved me $ 500 by recommending a small adapter on amazon rather than replacing my logic board when my headphone jack busted. Good honest business

Bilzi Mac is freaking awesome. If you’re not an Apple devoutee, their office is going to seem cluttered with old school computers and accessories. If you’ve been into Macs for a while, you’re going to recognize old-school Mac Pluses, Mac SEs, even a G4 Cube – and it’s going to be a little bit crazy trying to remember when Apple wasn’t the most expenisve company in the world. I got the impression that the owners had been doing this for a long time. I went there to get my laptop screen’s bezel repaired and get a new hard drive put in. I’m not an idiot when it comes to computer repair, and I looked into doing the work myself through iFixIt, but honestly I also don’t feel entirely comfortable cracking open the case or removing the screen. Bilzi Mac had all the work done in 2 days. I saved a little money using Carbon Copy Cloner and WinClone to migrate my files over to the new hard drive, and they even gave me a military discount. All in all, I paid a little over $ 300 for both jobs. You won’t find Bilzi Mac on the Apple Certified Repair locater website. Certified Apple repairers can charge through the roof to get even simple things repaired(I priced out a hard-drive replacement, and the estimate came in over $ 500). I can’t verify either way if they’re certified repairers, but the work I got was quality, and probably saved about $ 700 getting my computer reparied – which is way more than the computer is worth in the first place. The owners, Steve and Sue, where incredibly easy to work and deal with, and extremely down to earth. I live near Jacksonville and was traveling through Wilmington to visit Charleston. They were willing to meet me outside normal hours in order to get my computer back to me. They were a great value and I can’t recommend them enough.
