This would be a helluva place to open a restaurant!
Slow. Over-​salted. Slow. Waaay over-​salted. Slow. Did I mention, «Slow?»
11:12 Arrive; I counted 6 empty tables/​booths clean and available.
11:14 Seated and given menus
11:29 Server appears w/​water & menus. The same server that has been ignoring us for 15 mins.

12:00 Weak apology for «slow» and grouses about kitchen

As we departed, I counted 11 empty tables/​booths that needed busing/​cleaning/​setup.

This is the worst Bob Evans I have been in. Waited 15 mins for table and no other persons in front of us. Order was another 45 mins and cold Will never go here again. Severs also slow.

Totally incompetent staff. Ordered a to go meal for my family and they did not place half of what I ordered in the bag. I told them what was missing and the manager acted like it was no big deal. Customer service is severely lacking in this location. It’s like nobody cares about the customer here anymore. Servers are awesome though.

Since the remodel of this Bob Evan’s it has been even better. The service seems to have gotten so much better and the food is great. When you walk in you are greeted by the host or hostess. They always have a smile and eager to serve you.
The newest menu item the Broasted Chicken is out of this world. It was excellent addition to the already wonderful menu they offer. If you are looking for great comfort food then this is the place to eat. And the pumpkin bread and pumpkin pie are excellent way to end your meal. So if you are looking for a meal that is home cooking then give them a try it is as close to home cooking you can get.

Great place with great food. The staff is super friendly, and normally on top of things.
They will be busy on Sunday morning and Weds nights after church just an fyi. It is a little smaller, but they will try to accommodate larger parties as well, and normally do a pretty good job of it. The food is normally always fresh and good, and hot, and the flavored teas and banananut bread is to die for!
I recommend using ranch with the rolls instead of butter. It’s awesome.
They also do a quick and good job at the carryout here.

This location is a bit on the small side and easily overwhelmed with your usual busy days (following church, etc) The service is a bit on the slow side, however the staff is always accommodating and pleasant. The fare is of course Bob Evan’s famous Americana.
