This is by FAR, one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. I am not a complainer in the least but, but from my first call to this place, and the absolute wretch of a woman that took my call, I would rather ride my bike with no seat for 2 days straight. When I called to ask if they could do a simple bike assembly, the lady acted like a complete jerk and she promptly hung up. I took my bike in, and when I walked in, she didn’t say hello, or good day, she pointed to the back and said«in the back». She then gave me a slip, didn’t even make eye contact, said«phone number» and handed me a slip. When I came back in, I went to the back to get my bike, while she stayed up front. I heard the bell ring and a man with 2 boys walked in, she LITERALLY didn’t even look up to say hello, the gentlemen said hello, and she didn’t even say a word or pick up her head. She clearly is the wife of the owner or someone that gets zero joy out of being there. When I finally did get my bike home, I took it off the rack, and the front end was completely screwed up and I had to take it back, again, for a simple assembly. Luckily, this time, an older gentlemen was there, and he took care of it right away and actually showed he cared. This lady clearly didn’t want to be there, nor should she be. I wouldn’t go back there if they gave me a $ 4,000 bike for free.
