The irony of my visit was that I was handed a customer service survey to fill out when they finally called to register me. Of course even how they did that was ironic. Let me start though at the two good parts – first, when I called for my appointment the experience was friendly and fast; second, the test results were negative so that was good. Their process of greeting patients, registering them and taking them upstairs needs to be completely reviewed. It is classic hurry up and wait – you are a number not a name. Back to the envelope – when I was done registering the woman that had been taking care of me handed it to me without a word of explanation. When I asked what it was she said«oh a satisfaction form that if you want to fill out management would like you to do it – especially if your experience is good.» Perhaps by this time next year I will find another place to go or they will have changed their processes. If your doctor gives you choices – skip this one for sure.
