I visited Brooks on two occasions looking for a new chair, and maybe a desk for home. They have a big warehouse on the second floor of their building, and I guess they do the cleaning, and refurbishing on the first floor. Their showroom is fairly expansive, and constantly getting new items weekly, they have a lot of Steelcase Leap chairs, but I was looking for an Aeron, which I was told is harder to come by, since they sell quickly.
Although I did not end up buying my chair here, I was not pressured by their staff to purchase, and they were very welcoming and friendly. It’s worth a trip if you’re looking for some office furniture to see what they have in stock.

I worked with Brooks Interiors /​Brooks Bargains to provide office furniture when I moved my business from home into an office building. There are lots of great bargains on good quality office furniture if you are willing to be flexible. I would use them again.

About 5 years ago, I had used Brooks for a previous company move and they were great. This month, I’ve been trying to contact them for days regarding getting a quote for used office furniture. You can’t leave messages in the general mailbox, and there are no options for dialing if you don’t know the staff names (no directory offered). Also, I emailed twice via «quote» and regular contact email with NO responses. After 5 days, I have given up. In this economy, I’m surprised at their lack of customer service.
