Cleaning By Diana

I had absolutely the worst experience with this business and its owner Diana. I haven’t had contact with anybody else just her. Before you even consider hiring her please read my review. YOU WILL SIMPLY BE ROBBED. She took 180 $ from me and left after 5 hours without doing any work. My house was there in the same condition as it was when I left previous day. I expressed my concerns and she said she will come back and fix everything. I waited for an hour for her the next time we scheduled for her to come out and she finally texted me that she was in a car accident. I felt bad for her (later on when I read Unilocal reviews I realized it is her line). I asked her to call me when she feels better. I asked her to return 100 $ out of 180 $ that I paid her in cash and she said she will and I can’t get in contact with her for a week now. This is a criminalistics business and please to save your money and energy do not hire her!!!

Paid for house cleaning with the possibility of bi-​weekly cleanings going forward. She cleaned a few rooms & said she would be back the following morning to finish the job. That was 3 weeks ago. She hasn’t responded to numerous phone calls and emails.

I am so disheartened by my whole experience with Diana.
I just moved to the area from NJ and was looking for a house cleaner for a bi-​weekly schedule for my town house. I stumbled upon Diana’s website and with her estimate she seemed very professional.
The day she came she was 1 hour late… but that was totally fine. She got to work immediately and i thought she was going to be great. I was concerned because it took her a full 8 hours and I didn’t even ask her to clean the whole house, come to find out after she left she did not even clean my shower.
Now here is the worst part, while she was finishing upstairs I heard a crash, i went up there to look and everything seemed fine. She left without saying a word to me about anything. A few days later i go to take my garbage out in my bathroom and my porcelain garbage can was being held together by an oversized garbage bag to keep it standing up right. She broke my garbage can, didn’t say a word to me, and tied it together so I wouldn’t be able to tell. Very clever, Diana. I called her multiple times and sent text messages but of course no reply. I know it doesn’t seem that big of a deal about a bathroom garbage can but it was a wedding gift and goes with my paris theme in my master bathroom. I have tried to google a replacement, but they do not even make it anymore. Why wouldn’t she just tell me she broke it?
Word of advice to all: only hire people on word of mouth, don’t trust blind google searches.

Don’t even bother with her! Got an estimate through her website and had quite a bit of e-​mail correspondence with her. The day of the cleaning, I get a voicemail and text saying she was having ‘car trouble’ and her roommate could give her a ride to our house 2 hours after the initial agreed-​upon time. We show up at the new time and wait. and wait. I call and text her — no answer. And I haven’t heard anything from her since. Just didn’t even show or give any explanation. Don’t waste your time contacting her.

Her cleaning is good if she shows up. First cleaning on time and very good. Second cleaning late, but cleaned good after she arrived. Third time she never showed. I finally got a hold of her and she rescheduled for the next week. She never called or answered her phone or called back. Just rude!
