If I could give 0 stars I would. Was paid by a festival to give cab rides home to attendants, tried to then charge us for our ride, when we questioned it the driver kicked us out on the side of the road using F bombs etc. tried to contact the company, no one has bothered to return emails or calls. They also own Lett’s taxi. Call someone else!

I called for a cab at 1:15 am on a Saturday night. I understand that this is a busy time of night but I was actually told that they could not assure me that anyone would come get me at any point. They basically said maybe someone will show up and maybe they won’t. I have never been told this by any cab company in any city. Use Port City instead, they will actually come pick you up.

DONOTUSE! For a town with so many cab companies you would think they would all strive to provide a #1 service. However, no cab companies, including Yellow Cab can deliver. Literally! I phoned them in the AM for a taxi. Bad sign #1: the driver calls me to ask me where my address is! So cab driver shows up and I see him outside so I run and grab my stuff. When I open my door he is gone. I immediately called him and it took 5 tries before I could get him to answer where he offered up the weak excuse: «I tried to call you twice and you didn’t answer.» There were no missed calls in my phone. This is some sorry excuse all taxi drivers use when they mess up, not exclusive to Yellow Cab. Funny how I only have a problem with receiving calls from taxi drivers. Do they all use the same sorry phone company? Furthermore, the dispatcher is always so rude and abrupt on the phone! I wanted to call the main line to speak to a supervisor but its been busy for the past 30 minutes. I suppose they don’t care to listen to the needs of their customers. This company purports to be «safe and reliable.» Clearly it is neither! I would rather risk a DUI or walk!
