I was disappointed in how well they cleaned my carpets. They left lots of stains that I pointed out to them. They hardly tried again to get them out. They also rushed. They did 3 large rooms and a hallway in 1 hour. I can’t vacuum in that time! Yes, they showed up on time; yes, they were friendly. But I paid for clean carpets. I don’t feel like I got them.
Will not use them again. I feel a bit ripped off.

Called yesterday for price and found out appointment was available for first thing in morning today. The two brothers showed up on time and got right to work. Paul and Charlies are very friendly and have a motto of treating your carpets like their own. My wife and I were very happy with the quick service and hard work cleaning our carpets. We will definitely hire again in the future.

Paul and Charlie showed up and were ready to rock a few minutes before our appointment. We scheduled early, but they were earlier of course. They did a great job on the giant recliner, two carpets and a carpeted room upstairs. They were here for about two hours and I don’t think an inch of any fabric was missed in their cleaning. The cleaning process was explained about being perfectly safe for the dog (who caused all the hair and dirt on the couch!) and were very nice the whole time. Would recommend highly and certainly get again if the need arose
