First of all when you have We transfer VHS to DVD plastered all over the front of your building, I was surprised by the rude unprofessional snot nosed attitude that I received when I stopped in to inquire about a transfer job. Before I could even explain what I wanted, I was lectured that«WE told people to take care of this 12 years ago» and«This type of work isn’t worth our time» Maybe it’s time to re paint your building so people don’t walk in and have to have their time wasted. Terrible.

I was so thrilled when DDVF came through for me! I stopped in with several BetaMax video tapes(that are 30 years old) right after Thanksgiving, in hopes that they could be converted to DVD’s. I was told that they were swamped with jobs to get done before Christmas, so they could not promise me a completion date before the holiday. Much to my surprise, I received a call on Dec. 22nd that my order was complete and I could give the DVD’s of my daughters first years to my husband for Christmas. I am so grateful that they were willing to work extra hard for me knowing that it was a timely gift. I have since found some more tapes that need to be converted, so I will definitely be stopping in again to give this wonderful establishment my business! They truly go above and beyond!!!

Literally 4 months late getting DVDs to me, did not answer voice mails, and did the job incorrectly. When I finally go them on the phone, he never apologized or even acknowledged the problems, and charged me for the error and shipping costs incurred because they did not finish the job or notify me in a timely manner. Find another place to do this for you– it’s worth the drive to Philly.
