Disclaimer: I did not have a surgical procedure performed, My honey did.
For me the driver it was a great experience. Plenty of parking. Check in was super fast and professional. The waiting room was big enough to not become crowded. However when he was taken back they allowed me to sit in the consultation room during his short procedure instead of the waiting room. This room was nice and I was able to catch up on emails on my phone while his procedure was in progress. When he was finished he came back to tell me what a great experience he had during his minimal procedure. He told me they were kind, caring, professional. When the doc walked into the consultation room to speak to us he was the same.
Overall, a great experience.
