Literally the worst place in Delaware! How these people attract customers is up to the gods to find out. Owners are so arrogant they could care less about a customer. Stein, Pino, antimo; 3 kids I would keep distance from. The owner sits there screaming at employees because they wanted something to drink while he chugs wine and scarfs down pounds of prosciutto. Food is truly horrible and in my opinion, along with many helpers, EXTREMELY overpriced. Stay away.

The food is great, nice selection; however, the meat can get a little dry from sitting out. The service was okay. The cashier was nice and the managers were a little distant; not quite as inviting. I will definitely come back for more, the pizza was tasty!

It was National Pizza Day so I decided to diversify myself and try a new pizza place. It was a snowy evening and I literally was the only person in this place. Based on the quality of the food, the friendly service and all the great reviews I’m quite sure that this emptiness isn’t the norm. I tried the Brussel sprouts, the Domenica Pizza, and as If that wasn’t enough for a solo dinner I thought it was a good idea to order the Nutella bites. Everything here was delicious. I was skeptical of the sprouts bc they came in a broth which I’ve never seen, but they were tasty. The waiter said they were fried, they weren’t. It was okay though, because I devoured this dish immediately. My pizza was good… high quality ricotta, tomatoes, garlic and fresh spinach. Crust was on the thinner side which I like and had a perfect crispness to it. I ordered a side of sauce and was delicious for crust dipping. The Nutella bites, 5 stars! The dough was perfect and the Nutella, cmon, it’s freakin Nutella!!! Sprinkled with powder sugar this $ 10 dessert is worth it if you have a few people to share with. If not, it’s worth the belly pains, just go walk a mile or 4. Service was just okay. Waiter wasn’t too informed on the different pizzas and hadn’t tried many to suggest. He was friendly, yet distracted, so maybe he was having an off night. I’m glad I chose this place and I have full intention of becoming a regular. I may have just heated up my leftovers, simply by writing about Dimeo’s!

This is my favorite pizza shop. I absolutely love it. I mostly get delivery and it has always been prompt with food that is still hot.

Ordered delivery. Pizza was on point, thin, crispy, and delicious. The fries with the trufflw sauce were also delicious. More expensive than other places, but you get what you pay for, would order again.

Took an hour for our lunch to be delivered and everything in it was wrong. Piccantone salad was supposed to have mixed leaf lettuce, radicchio, candied grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, carmelized onion, candied walnuts, chipotle dressing. What it actually had — romaine, plain chicken, 2 grape tomatoes, avocado, apples. That was it. NOTHING that was described was actually in the salad. La Rucolosa salad was supposed to have arugula, prosciutto, lump crab, shaved parmigiano reggiano, olive oil, lemon. What it actually had — 2 small pieces of crabmeat, shrimp, arugula, and what tasted like cider vinegar. We called to tell them about the problem and they offered us 25% off our next order. We will NOT be ordering from them again so we asked for at least a partial refund. They had every excuse — «we close out the register at 2 so we can credit your card. The driver left so we can bring you cash.» Horrible food, horrible customer service. DON’T EATHERE!

What a combination of amazing food and total disappointment. You never know when ordering pizza for the first time, whether«Neapolitan» pizza really means Neapolitan. In this case — a resounding yes. I ordered the Quattro Formaggi which appeared to be a four cheese pizza.(I don’t speak Italian…) I missed the part where this pizza doesn’t come with pizza sauce. No matter. It was amazing. The crust was wonderfully thin under the cheese but puffy and delicious ringing the pie and with those small scorched parts you expect from a pizza properly cooked at a really high temperature a la Napulitani. At $ 19 for a large… well…you pay for quality. This is no $ 5 pizza. One of my favorite Italian soups is the Pasta Fagioli and this didn’t disappoint. Loaded with various types of pasta and white beans, it was a meal by itself and only $ 5 for a good portion. For dessert, I ordered Tiramisu. Wow. A fabulous combination of «Espresso, rum soaked cake and mascarpone cheese», DiMeo manages to find a way to do something that doesn’t make sense — to create a treat which is both substantial and delicate. Yep. Gotta try it. The only miss was the Brussels Sprouts. Another reviewer advised against them. I should have listened. They came on floating in a ¾ inch deep pool of liquid — water and butter. These should have been moist but not swimming. As a result the prosciutto was boiled instead of crispy, the Brussels sprouts were slightly undercooked, and the whole thing had a funny taste. I’d skip this; there are many better choices. And I’ll find them next time as I will absolutely be ordering from DiMeo’s again — soon.

I have eaten 3 times and it was always good. I tried their grilled salmon panini and it was awesome! Fresh ingredients, good presentation and was delivered 20 minutes early! I was so happy and devoured it, I wanted to take a picture but I couldn’t put my panini down long enough. It may be my weekly order now especially since the salmon was cooked perfectly and was a nice size.

The wings were great the first time I had them, I’ve ordered them twice since and they were not good. Secondly I’ve ordered online both of those times and unfortunately when ordering the wings there is no modify button to request ranch so you have to put it in as a special instruction. In order to order online you must pay online as well so the order is already paid for once it’s submitted. BOTH times I’ve been called at work from dimeos to tell me there is a $.50 charge for ranch, and by call I mean multiple times and a voicemail left. Let me just make sure I add, I work literally down the street from them, not only am I paying you $ 1.50 to come down the block, I’m also paying $ 9.50 for a few buffalo wings with caramelized onions. Dude, put the ranch in the bag and relax. I had to get sassy both times when called back and both times they had to put me on hold to make sure it was ok with a manager. That’s absurd! If it is absolutely necessary to charge the $.50 for ranch with an order of wings, either include the modification or continue to be «short changed». I do not carry cash or change on my person I use my card, if it’s paid online I’m not going to ask around for $.50. Especially for a company that orders from you all the time. After the sub par wings and the horrible experience both times I won’t be ordering again.

If you’ve chosen DiMeo’s Pizzaiuoli Napulitani as your pizza destination then you’ve chosen wisely. It is Wilmington’s holy grail of pizza. Don’t know if I’d say it’s wholly authentic Italian pizza or just the same, wholly NYC-style. But I can vouch that it’s great thin crust pizza, worth a chance on a take-away slice or better yet, an entire pie!

Excellent food! I never eat here without ordering the wings; caramelized onion, Gorgonzola and a mild sauce. Big and plump. Some of the best I’ve ever had. The rotolini are delicious as well, but can fill you up if you’re getting a pizza as well… which I strongly recommend. I prefer the Napoletane to the Americane as I’m not really a fan of chicken on pizza and alot of the Americane selections seem to come with some type of chicken. Each of the Napoletanes are delicious, my faves would be the Fica(fig & prosciutto) or the Napoletana. They deliver, but it can take a while. If you live in Wilmo, might be better off ordering ahead and picking it up instead of delivery.

Best pizza in Wilmington. Delivery was quick. Well balanced flavors and great combinations. Will go back and try other things on the menu. I had the Fica, it was delicious. Highly recommend going here.

I really wanted to like this place as there are so few places in the city that deliver to my condo. There were absolutely no redeeming qualities about my meal – unseasoned, tasteless eggplant parm drowned in a watery tomato sauce that tasted of the inside of an aluminum can, mealy meatballs, and the mushiest Brussels sprouts and«pancetta»(essentially boiled bacon) I’ve ever had. Oh, and by the way, everything was covered in a gloopy oil slick. Lesson learned – this was my first time ordering from this place and definitely my last. You’d be better off visiting one of the awesome Italian places in Trolley Square.

I came here for lunch and got take out. I got the pancetta chicken panini(basically chicken with bacon). It took a good 30 min to get my food for take out and when I ate the chicken it was pretty dry. It comes with a small salad. The sandwich cost around ~10 bucks. It’s an average lunch place, nothing special. Considering there’s not many lunch options in this area I will prob be back. My friend got the caprese salad which looked good. I’d prob recommend coming here earlier since there’s a line for lunch and it takes them awhile to make your food. Update: Got the chicken salad and it was pretty decent.

Their food is great, average priced with awesome service. The deleted star is due to them not being allergen friendly. They have veggie slices in the same tray with meat slices. .i am allergic to mushrooms and have had reactions but unaware of where it came from. Now i have to ask for fresh made slices.

Great food and delivery too! Update 6⁄16. Ordered delivery again and i had to check my receipt to see if the food came from the same place! I ordered the shrimp, spinach and sundried tomato pasta. First, there we NO sundried tomatoes! Not a single one… And the sauce tasted like they dumped a jar of Ragu alfredo sauce on top. Nothing against Ragu but for 17 $ I’d expect better. To top it off they no longer give you breadsticks and they forgot silverware!!! A bummer because I’ve had two good experiences this one was so bad I wont return.

The options for late evening, Monday night dining in Wilmington are pretty dire. I tried the pizza with olives, prosciutto, mushrooms, artichokes and mozz along with a rotilini. The ladder I found to be quite doughy and not much flavor, and the former had great flavor, but again, the dull dough zapped it. I know, I know, the snobby Philly guy beating up on the Wilmington pizza spot. Sorry, but this one is just ok, and a bit overpriced.
