The gentleman who took our order was pretty rude at the drive through. My fiancé ordered an item by the wrong name and the employee said in a matter-​of-​fact tone that there is no such thing as what my fiancé had ordered and lectured him about the technical name of the drink showing that he clearly knew what my fiancé meant. One of the drink orders wasn’t even right. I really hope this isn’t a regular occurrence because it would be a shame for a brand new establishment to gain a bad reputation in customer service.

We went there when it first opened and it was extremely busy. I thought the wait time was going to be insane but the line was through really quickly and we were able to sit down and wait for our order to be called.
Our order was called within a few minutes and was hot and fresh!
Coming back a few weeks later it wasn’t as busy but the service and quality of food and coffee was still great! So glad to have a Dunkin Donuts within 15 minutes of our house so we can spend more mornings doing coffee and donut runs!

Waited inside in a 10 – 15 minute line only to leave with a cold coffee… I would have turned my car around after finding it was cold if I wasn’t already late for work. I also ordered hashbrowns, which were very flavorful, but they could not make up for the tasteless and COLD coffee.
