Can’t believe I’m the first to review this beautiful little theater — after all, she’s 100 years old! Located on the ground floor of the Hotel DuPont, they get some reasonably mainline guest starts here.(We saw Colin and Brad from«Who’s Line is It Anyway,» and a few years ago, the traveling cast of STOMP.) It’s a fairly small house so it would be difficult to get a poor seat. Of course, it’s in downtown Wilmington, where the parking is cheap night(good) and the sidewalks roll up on a Saturday night(creepy). Makes stopping for nightcap after the show a little more cumbersome that going out on the town in a place like Philly, though on the bright side — between that and $ 3.00 parking, the evening ends up costing you only half as much. Worth going to a show there just to admire the theater and the old playbills adorning the wall. Americana.
