I have tried to give these guys the benefit of the doubt. Jake seems like a nice guy. However, after the installation of our pool it had to be drained twice because of buckling. They did give us a credit for the cost of one refill upon request. In the first month of use the light burned out and the basket broke. The shower was to have an integral foot wash but instead they put in one created with PVC pipe which promptly cracked and the damage was blamed on us. We paid for a repair but, it is broken again probably due to the harsh winter coupled with poor design.
They serviced our pool last year and the cost of maintenance was outrageous.
We have given these folks many opportunities to explain their charges but have been met with little desire to honestly answer us.
