This place is so dirty and all the trash cans over flowing! The one workers Boyfriends stands out front and begs for smokes and goes in the store and eats and does not pay for it!!! I will never go there again!

I have visited the Einstein in Fayetteville, AR(random I know) and it was a fantastic experience, very much unlike this location. I have been here a few times now and decided to time how long it would take to get an egg sandwich and a bagel with cream cheese, 16 minutes!!! The location is constantly dirty and the staff is apparently very unable to handle any kind of order placed whether there is 1 person there or 10. Seems like they have been open for a while, they should probably have some kind of system down by now. If dunkin donuts had asiago cheese bagels I would never Come here again but unfortunately they have me there. Always get coffee at dunkin right next door though, coffee is wayyy better and at least fast service! Horrible place minus the Asiago bagels.

This is the MOSTFRUSTRATING Einstein’s that I have been to. I started going there in 2012 when I worked nearby because that was what my office wanted. To this day, they continue to get my order wrong. Every time, I say«No onions and no capers» on my bagel with lox and every time, it comes with everything on it. Rather than making my sandwich again, they simply pick the extra toppings off and hand it back to me. This is frustrating because I’m allergic to onions! On top of that, they almost ALWAYS forget my drink! I have to remind the barista, who looks at me confused and tries to blame someone else. The other day, the manager didn’t make my drink and blamed it on the cashier for«not yelling it out». Instead of word of mouth, maybe they should try looking up at the order screen. Why ask how I want my food if no one is going to listen? As I was waiting 20 minutes for my order of a bagel and drink, I saw a customer looking around for straws. «We don’t have any left. You can try these little coffee mixer straws.» said the manager. I thought that was really inconsiderate. A different customer started looking for straws. She asked one of the baristas for a straw and the barista handed her one — then refilled the straws! Why is the manager lying to customers about straws?

Never has enough help — lines are almost always long and slow. Runs out of the most popular items by 10. With adequate staffing I’d stop by more frequently and rate it much higher

Just moved to the area, excited to have a breakfast spot so close to home. Well, Einstein’s was a disappointment. I had a bacon, egg and cheese and it was so tiny. Time to look for another breakfast joint.

Einstein’s has some breakfast competition here with a *$ across the street and a DD a few storefronts away. But they seem to be rocking it with good service and decent bagels. I had the sliced salmon on a toasted everything bagel and it was top notch. It’s not the greatest bagel in the world, but it was as good as any Einstein that I’ve ever had. Refillable coffee? And it’s good coffee? Yes, please!

worst place ever. decided to give it a chance today… waited 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. I never seen such incompetence I can see why it’s rated so bad on here. NEVER again will i come here ill stick to Dunkin donuts and places that at least try… terrible Ended up getting my money back and going to Dunkin donuts after 25 minutes passed for 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches. the manager kept saying«it’s New Year’s Day come on» when I would complain. wanted to punch him lol

If their bagels weren’t delicious, I would never set foot in here again. In my opinion, DD has horrific bagels so like most people who frequent this shop, we get our coffee next door and come here for the bagels. Several problems. The service is as slow as a sloth. Seriously. Not good for the on-my-way-to-work crowd. Orders are frequently wrong. The last straw was I stopped in for my usual(toasted Asiago with cream cheese on the side) and the bagel in the toaster ahead of mine caught on fire. After blowing into the toaster to put out the flames(so gross by itself), they pulled my bagel out, scraped the burn off, and gave it to me. My whole car stunk like burned bread. I’m sure you can imagine how it tasted.

Einstein is a pretty standard chain bagel store. This one is really no different. The workers were very nice and INCREDIBLY patient with the guy in line in front of me who just couldn’t make up his mind… even after he ordered(TWICE). It seems a bit dingy in the store but it was 10 minutes before close and it’s not like they claim they’re fine dining or anything. Coffee drinks here are fabulous — the vanilla hazelnut coffee never fails either.

Chain bagel restaurant that offers a e-club where you can get free coupons for food and drinks. I assume they try to be true to NYC bagel culture because they call their bagel spreads«schmears». Kinda makes me think of the ob-gyn but ok, it is what it is. Its close to my work and has a larger variety of bagels than Dunkin Donuts and until I find a more bagel-centric store that’s a local business, I’ll most likely keep coming here.

This place is on my way to work depending on which way I go. Never considered it for lunch but im an e club member and they sent a coupon for 3.00 off a sandwich. I forgot lunch today so I gave it a whirl. Tuna on whole wheat wrap with chips for 6.55(pre coupon) the tuna could have used some salt and pepper(no not the rap group) but it was pretty large for its size and I was only able to eat half . They have a couple different options for lunch bagel pizza, sandwiches on your choice of bread, bagel or whole wheat wrap along with some salads and soups. Moderately priced between 5 – 8 I think this place is pretty good for an on the go meal. Not many tables since there was some sort of geriatric convention in the dining room. Breakfast is always good when I bop in here. I think its worth a lunch stop im intrigued by the pizza bagels.
