Dont go to this place these people are money hungry jerks, my first visit they push me to buy $ 70 battery that only works a 3rd of the time I took it back and they refused to switch it out. I warned my brother about going there but it was convenient so he goes and they suggest a liquid that can only be used in a dripper so it burns out 5 brand new nautilus cores and when he takes it back guess what its all on him. Even though the jerk asked him what kind he had knowing it wouldn’t work!!!

Mr. Peterson, I assure you I am not bald and I am not a liar. The Johnny Blaze I am referring to, is the Johnny who is the owner of Halo Liquids. Do you think he would have blamed a disgruntled customer prior to contacting you? No. It would be from the photos taken on cell phones in your business he received. He is the same gentleman whom at your old location, required you to stop re-bottling his liquids in smaller, what has been referred to by several of YOUR employees, as «diluted liquid», containers, and you did have glycerin out on your shelves at your previous location. I will be more than happy to post pictures and videos I have, which were the same one’s I sent to your vendor and the same reason you had to post a sign on your door stating that you were no longer selling unsealed bottles of Halo liquids. The big sign that stands out that says ‘Due to the nature of the product we are not abler to give refunds” is an ominous warning sign. You should probably speak to your attorney and brush up on Consumer protection laws and«Buyer Remorse Laws». Ancillary to that, you should probable realize that by calling me a liar and bald, which I am neither in a public forum in writing, is Slander and Libel, which in NC can be civilly pursued as by calling individuals something they are not could be said to caused irreversible, psychological damage. Your words speak volumes about they type of business you run and your standards of ethics for which you run it by. I can backup everything I have said Mr. Peterson,. Before calling someone a liar and ‘bald’, you should really be certain you can back up what you say, as in this case, you cannot. I bet customers love it when businesses go online and Slander other customers. Let’s them know exactly what kind of business they are financially supporting. Tootles David. Lets do a BBQ and hang out sometime… All you had to do as a business owner is say ‘you’re correct. I caught my staff doing that, and have put policies in place to ensure that never happens again. We are sorry for the convenience and trouble this may have caused’, because all arguing and calling names to your customer base does, is alienates future clientele, and current customers who can see through the smoke. In this case, your vapor smoke.

Great store with friendly, informative staff. Wide selection to choose from. The staff know their stuff and were helpful bringing me up to speed on the products they sell which was important given I didn’t know much about vaping. I would recommend Electra Vapor to others.

Don’t go here… I just moved here and trying to buy a new starter kit. I went to the store with my husband.. Only 3 customers; one guy was joking and trying other e-juice with the customer. Not once did anyone tell me they would get to us. I went down to another business who was friendly, helpful; knowledgeable.. I got a great starter kit and lots of e-juice. NowI know why all the bad reviews. Shame on the owner.
