I am thoroughly pleased with Dr. Oliet. He’s a very pleasant dr. who takes the time to talk to you and address your concerns. I find his dr./patient skills to be impeccable. I have been to him on 3 occasions for body scans and a couple of biopsies. If there was a negative regarding him or his practice it would be the amount of time to schedule an appointment. It’s been my experience it takes almost 2 months for an initial appointment, a lot sooner if it’s a follow-up to a previous appt.

Called to make an appointment, the woman answering the phone sounded all too willing to help me, asked about my insurance(of course), told her I have Aetna, she asked me another question and then I told her«I’m not sure if my insurance will pay for my initial visit, so I’ll likely just pay out of pocket for the first one until I know exactly what they’ll cover»… Game Changer! SUDDENLY the good doctor has NOAVAILABLEOPENINGS for new patients for at least a month. I was told this in a dropped-tone vastly different from the jovial sounding voice I’d heard prior to my saying I would pay out of pocket. *This is my personal opinion, but I suspect Dr. Oliet is first and foremost interested in one thing, and it isn’t your health, it’s making sure he can up-charge an insurance provider or at least ensure his patients are covered under a plan so that he can keep convincing them to come back. SHEESH! I’ve been opposed to the public health care issue but people like this make me support it and the concept of reigning-in greedy, sketchy medical providers. Stay away from this guy.
