I scheduled an appointment the beginning of October for the end of November because my daughter was off school for the holiday. I received a call a couple days before the appointment telling me that my appointment needed to be rescheduled because the doctor was going to be in surgery that day. I was very livid because this was the only time my daughter was out of school and there was no other appointments available with any other doctors. The appointment was schedule well over a month and advance. I’m pretty sure they knew before a couple days prior to my appointment but the doctor was going to be in surgery. Horrible service for a new patient I decided that I will take my business elsewhere. I will go to a eye center that cares about my time

The entire office smelled like someone urinated all over the carpet. I didn’t even want to sit down in the chairs it smelled so horrible. Worse even, the doctor could not determine the cause of my vision problem and couldn’t give me much guidance on a course of action to remedy the issue. I will not return.
