Food 4 Less

The shopping experience here is frightening. There are homeless people & drug addicts everywhere on the property, outside the store, inside the store & in the parking lot. It’s very disturbing especially since I am a single Mother shopping with my baby most of the time, it’s horrible that I have to be afraid to enter a grocery store. I seen 2 or 3 people who looked like security guards but all they were doing was standing around & watching people check out. I’m not sure what is going on with this grocery store but I was so disturbed by the quality of this shopping store so I doubt I’ll go back unless I absolutely have to.

Horrible customer service! Check your cash, I got a counterfeit bill from them. Will be reporting them.

I went into this location yesterday with my brother because I was rushing to grab some food to bring to my holiday party. I have never been to a Food 4 Less grocery store and now I know why. I’m more of a trader joes, whole foods kind of gal. There weren’t too many options for me being vegan, but I managed to grab chips, dip, fruit, and veggies. I also picked up some sandwiches for my brother to snack on as well. We both ended up not feeling well after eating the food items I purchased. I called the store today to get a refund and complain and was told i would have to drive all the way back there to file a complaint. I asked them to either email or fax the form to them, and they told me it was not an option. I told them I refused to drive over 30 minutes just to do this. The manager at this location told me to call the corporate office and see if there was anything else that could be done. I called them and they gave me the same advice. This company must be extremely ghetto if they don’t have a fax or email to work off of. I won’t be shopping here again.

I like coming here to shop the only thing that sucks is that the parking lot is always full of trash, smelly, and have those dam beggars by the exit or walking around the parking lot. I wish they would do something about it like call the cops to have them removed. Other then that the prices are great and you can get great deals. I shop here during the day but mostly at night and they seem to be always busy. It’s really my go to market now.

This place is horrible with customer service!!! I dislike coming here, but I go there just for the things I need. Everyone looks like they hate working there, always giving people a bad look. I prefer to spend gas and go to the one on Selpuveda street. By the way, I live two blocks away from this food 4 less.

I love coming to Food 4 Less on Anaheim and Fries, all the cashiers are helpful and friendly especially Carol and Luz! I just love this Grocery store!

It’s close by, has most of everything I need, prices are decent. The parking can suck sometimes. (Lots of carts waiting to ding your car)
In short not at all too bad. Staff is really cool. Lots of families come here but at night a whole different crop of customers come through. Interesting, lol!
Pretty clean for the most part, meat looks good! Pink slime? Where? Lol! Just kidding!
Havnt checked the bathrooms yet! Yikes!
Can’t give them a 4 star. You just have to come and see for yourself. 3 stars from me.

Great place to shop for alcohol for parties. Have a variety of food products which is great but this is not an in n out place. Most of the time only have one or two registers open with a full market

Not a bad place to get meat, surprisingly.
I decided to make a slow cooker pot roast and needed a 7-​bone roast for my project. I had no idea how rare it was to find this cut around town. I started off at a local Albertsons and they said they typically didn’t carry that cut except for the holidays. I won’t bore with too many details on the odyssey that followed, but I ended up going to eight other supermarkets (Ralphs, Smart & Final, Sprouts, specialty shops, etc.) and no one had the roast I needed. I finally gave in and went to Whole Foods thinking that surely they would have it, what with their fancy butchers on site and whatnot. But alas, Whole Foods also had no stock of a 7-​bone roast. However, one of the butchers at Whole Foods recommended that I go to this Food 4 Less, and that he would go to this location himself when he’d need specific cuts of meat.
The store didn’t have the cut in their display, but unlike other places, they were able to cut one out for me. It took me nearly two hours of driving around like I was on a meat scavenger hunt, but it was worth it to find this gem for whatever cut of meat I might need. And an assist to Whole Foods for the tip.

So overly priced!!! I will stick with Albertson’s anyday! You pay for the small items and you can go to WalMart or other stores and buy the larger size for the same price or cheaper. I will not shop at Food 4 Less again… and the people, oh please! WalMart but worse! My checker Carol A. was terrific and very friendly. She was great!

Good prices, a nice selection, lines are bearable, and very good parking. What more can I say?

They have a butcher shop & bakery with awesome specials for your next BBQ party.
The area can be kinda fast paced on the edge kinda hood but you’ll usually be okay. The parking lot is big.
Best time to go is late at night or early in the morning. If you go during rush hours be ready to expect long lines, parking lot feuds & am array of different characters inside.

Good place to get groceries. Good prices and quality. Much cheaper than the big name markets. Good parking available
