Really well designed kids bike that allows pushing and gliding without peddling — so that kid will have balance for a peddle bike later. GREAT IDEA — MUCH BETTER THAN TRAINING WHEELS.

Glide, it would be helpful if you responded to your customer service inquiries. First tried calling your phone number but got an answering machine. Then i proceeded to ask an assembly question through your website Contact Us page and heard nothing back.
Figured it out myself with no help from you or your manuals!
Nice bike, but terrible customer service!
