The president of this company, the specific woman you will be dealing with is by far the most abhorrant human beings I’ve ever encountered. She sends pushy messages to you via phone saying ‘I need an answer now” and continuing in this panicked veign. She also treats those who are international clients with subtle disrespect. She heard my accent and felt the need to speak about how I spoke english almost like it was my first language (It is my first language, and i was schooled in the US!), she then went on to ask me what my «english name was,» even though my name (though foreign) is not hard to pronounce or spell at all (its 5 letters!).
The point at which I opted NEVER AGAIN was when she sent our company some incorrect financial documentation and then proceeded to insist she’d scanned it and sent it in a previus email so it was not her fault, but more mine for not readiing the PDF. Of course she had not, so I pushed her on it asking her to resend the document she’d sent via PDF. She came up with every excuse she had as to how she would not be able to (as she’d never done this), and finally settled with (we wipe our servers of sensitive information), which is not true… AT ALL. I then got a message from her filled with emoticons (smiley faces, surprised, gasping faces), inferriing again that I should pay more attention to these matters (even though SHE had a POA form with access to our bank account and we’d given her an incredible amount of trust). She kept along the same route of making me feel as if I didnt know anything and was just some foreigner who wa making mistakes, until eventually we pulled our business from her and went back with the same corporation I’d used my previous times and we’ve had no further slip ups and have been treated more respectfully.
For those who ask why I went with her If the other guy’s worked so well. She offers the ability to open a bank account in delaware and manage it, something many others aren’t able to do, so we took a risk. To be completely candid, thats the last time i take that risk as she was bruitish, abrasive, cancerous, abhorrant, childish, and hands down the worst human being I’ve ever encountered.
AS A FOLLOW UP:
She’s begun mailing the address we billed her services to. This adress was on none of our corporate documetation and she confirmed it and the payment information had been deleted as soon as processed. I no longer even work for the company, yet she still sends documentation to this address with no reguard for privacy, or the fact that they have moved on to another corporate provider. — Just another bully act by their president who thinks she is far more important than she actually is
