This location has been taken over by new management. What a difference! Things seem to run very smoothly. The best difference is that I can see them cleaning. I suppose most people would like these things to happen afterwards by I appreciate being able to see them wipe thugs down, cleaning windows, hearing the balls in the washer, etc. that way I know they are doing their part to keep things clean and nice. The apparatus are rotated and changes at what seems like the perfect times, I lie that there is an activity calander always ready.
The small waiting area can get a little crowded at times, But this is a small price to pay for having fun! Thank you for all of your attention to make this little place a great place for big fun!

I’ve been to Gymbo locations in CA, NYC and PA and Unfortunately, the Wilmington spot is not very clean. Maybe it’s because it’s old and all the equipment is old. But there is a grungy feel and smell and the teachers are definitely NOT wiping down the equipment after each class. Tots are major germ carriers! Not good! Wouldn’t recommend this location

We had a great time, but unfortunately we need to cancel due to my son taking swim lessons. They only offer one weekend class for Level 5.
When I canceled, I discovered the «Trial/Free» class in the beginning was the start date of the contract, so you ultimately paid for the class. So, the pitch «sign-up today and save $ 20» is really not the case.
Also, it’s not a true month to month billing. You pay for only 4 classes each time, so the Anniversary date doesn’t factor in when you cancel. This is not outlined in the yellow contract sheet signed when you signed up and I unfortunately did not keep anything else.
It’s unfortunate, we may have came back at a later date.
Ask lots of questions.
