We were pleased with the wait staff and service. The salsa was kinda average and needed salt. I would say the food was ok but not great. The fajitas were pretty good and the guacamole was just ok. Over all for the money ok. I wouldn’t drive across town though.

The tacos where super salty, like they just dumped the whole salt shaker in the beef. I have been here and had the tacos and not much has changed. Their are so many other Mexican restaurants in town that are sooo much better. I will say that the staff was super friendly. Very quick service with a smile.

I loooooovvvveeee Mexican food. Always have and always will. But this place is crazy hit or miss. Sometimes the salsa is tasty; sometimes it’s got a weird thing going on and seems watered down. Sometimes the service is quick and efficient and sometimes your waiter is avoiding you and then goes missing before he even takes your drink order. Sometimes the food is exactly what it should be and sometimes your husband announces we’ve given this place too many tries and this place is dead to him. Even my margarita was too sweet and possibly non alcoholic last time. I mean, really. Lock it up, San Felipe. Get it together. I’m willing to give you another try if you try hard and believe in yourself.

This guys throw the ball out of the park. Damn! They are good. Everyone on my table was dying of how good the food was. Their steak is Real Angus Certified steak, not that cheap steak some other places serve you. The condiments, rice, refried beans, etc were right on point without doubt. Unfortunately I don’t live around here but if I was this would be my main mexican place. Love it guys! Keep up the good work! Quality food at a affordable price! Great service Juan Jose!

Not my favorite mexican place in town at all!!! Tomato sauce based salsa and tomatillo salsa taste like it cane out of a jar. Not the freshest and very bland. Thumbs down for sure

We went before the big dinner rush and had an good time. The staff was very friendly from the second we walked in the door. The waitress was quick with food and drinks. I don’t agree with the very negative review below. Take-out is a hit and miss with a lot of restaurants. The dine-in experience was good. I got the vibe that they are genuinely trying hard to provide good service. Ordered Carne Asada, one Margarita and a beer. We split the order and left happy with food and with how little the bill was.

My wife and I went this past Sunday night. The restaurant is clean and inviting. The staff is very friendly, but the service is slow. We ordered the chicken fajitas for two. They do not give you enough tortillas, but the amount of chicken, peppers and onions is overwhelming. Overall, the food was good, but not great. The prices are reasonable if you get the«for two» specials. On the Boarder has better fajitas though.

Perhaps the most BLAND food(not just«Mexican»…) that we’ve ever had. NOTHING had flavor… just a pasty texture that was inedible. The worst $ 60 of take-out food we’ve ever had. We will NEVER return, give them a «second chance» or refer them to anyone. Thanks for nothing. Literally.
