I’ve been conducting business here since the early 90s. Staff has always been helpful, courteous and humorous when that is called for. We all take on projects from time to time that don’t fall within our expertise… when we then get stuck the Hanover staff is there to pull us out of the mud and set us straight with tools, items and advice. Thanks for all these years of service.

Great store! I went in today to pick up some heavy bags of solar salt and was greeted by a friendly yet professional young man who showed me the bags, then, when I asked for a cart, told me he’d load them for me. I paid at the register and pulled my car around; the young man loaded the bags in and I was done! Literally less than 5 minutes to pick up my items and I got great customer service. I will definitely forgo my trips to the big box stores to come to Hanover.

After going to several of the so called home improvement chain stores to get some keys cut this store did a great job. Very helpful and professional. I’d drive all the way across town to get things from this store next time.
