I like there fresh food. The one thing I can’t stand are those huge Costco style carts. They don’t offer small carts. And I don’t carry one of those stupid baskets. I get overwhelmed with all the people and the huge carts, sometimes crash into other people, Maybe sometimes on purpose! And there prices for simple things are usually 1.00 dollar higher than say food lion. But the rotisserie chicken is the only reason I go there. And the wait lines are long to check out. I just get annoyed ever time I shop here.

Dang their pizza by the slice is gourmet and oh so delicious. very nice to have some good pizza locally by work. Can’t say much for the self check out lane, slow and antiquated and had to leave to go have a human ring me up. Why put dog food cans in the same bag with my single slice of pizza? Don’t think it will smash the pizza? duh.

Sparkling clean store, fresh produce, great deals, good wine, great mgt team, I 5x a week after work and am greeted by my first name(in a grocery store?) my previous favorite was Wegman’s, but you are the one now!

I’ve visited this location numerous times for Express Lane and in-store shopping. I love the Express Lane feature at Harris Teeter(as someone who spends hours looking for items in grocery stores) and it’s relatively inexpensive at $ 4.95/order. They’ve gotten my order right every time and if an item is not available they will call me to let me know or substitute something reasonable at the same price. They also give you a call when your order is ready to be picked up and when you do go to the store, your order is out fast! As for the in-store shopping experience, I’ve never been a big fan of the Harris Teeter store layout as it’s confusing and hard to find stuff at times(not as organized as other grocery stores like Publix). Also it is very difficult to track down items for promotions such as their Meal Deal. Especially so when people working at the store/managers don’t know what the deal is or where the deal locations are located. I’ll deduct one star for that. Other than that, I love using Harris Teeter as my grocery option in town! Hopefully they won’t catch the fact that I’m 22 and still eating the free cookies at the door.
