Most recent Lumber Liquidators problems/​you must use Henro flooring (Hampstead) if you want their warranty. 1. USA Today front page, Lumber Liquidators wood floors cause Cancer. 2. They recent settled a case for 15 million dollars for illegally harvesting lumber 3. Recently on 60 minutes for illegally harvesting wood.4. CEO quits 5. Stock dropping like a rock. 6. They will be bankrupt in one year or less! If you call for service, you will get a vm that states they will call you back in 24 – 48 hours. They NEVER call you back. I had to write a letter to the NC Attorney General just to get them to respond (Please google this) Then after going back and forth for MONTHS, they finally had an independent tester come out to my house (another 3 months) Their tester found their installer (Henro Flooring) at fault for my $ 11,000 floor install that started buckling within three weeks of install. Even with this report, Lumber Liquidators and Henro did nothing. Taking an independent contractor to court is a waste of time. They (Henro Flooring) has no money, so the best you can do is get a judgement against them. I have been a self employed businessman for over 20 years. I have come across a lot of dirty people/​companies during this time. Lumber Liquidators/​HenRo flooring take dirty business to a whole new level.

Todd and his crew did all that he said he wood do and more. He was punctual, kept us informed and the price and installation was top notch. I plan to use his services again.
