Jack In the Box Family Restaraunts

It was a Friday. The kind of Friday that comes after a Thursday. I woke up at around noon with a dream about goats fresh in my head and an unusual craving for jack in the box tacos in my stomach. I told myself, «you know what dude, treat yourself.»
I pulled into the local jack in the box parking lot right around the time they let the near by school out. I say this because there were kids everywhere on the streets. Walking and talking and laughing. Dressed in Halloween costumes. It must be Halloween or something. Who knows with the kids these days… Anyways, I walk in and ordered two tacos, a chicken sandwich, and a small orange Fanta. The woman who took my order must’ve been the manager because she was wearing a special shirt and all the other employees were afraid of her. She was very polite and personable and retrieved my order very quickly. «You run a tight ship,» I said as I walked toward the pop fountain. I sat down in the corner near the window as to keep an eye on my beautiful car. My meal was very fresh and it looked beautiful like the food you see advertised on the television. I looked back at the manager and nodded in approval. She winked back at me. My lunch was great, I’m feeling great, The sun in the sky is burning bright, children are laughing, flowers are blooming, Star Wars is out in December, and somewhere in the world Bill Cosby is sitting in an empty diner, sipping coffee, and pondering times past. It’s great to be alive.

They have the worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my life! The managers seem to not have a clue as to what it take to keep the customer happy. I’m fed up! One to many time my order has been wrong and I had to make a trip back to the store just for them to make it seem like I made the mistake! Bye

I never had a problem with the drive thru. My order has never been wrong. Only complain is on weekends, it can take up to 20 minutes from the time you order to the time you get your food. I go herr because its the closest fast food place without having to drive to Torrance or Carson.

All I wanted was my morning coffee to get on the road an this Jack in the box got me so gross out! Drive true line was super long, so I park to walk in an in a second walk out super gross there was sewer stinky water coming out of both restroom an I looked at an employe that was sitting down close to the door that I came in an I pointed to the water all over the floor an she said oh yeah restrooms don’t work !!! Wth I didn’t even made to the line an how about putting signs up that floor is wet or how about closing the place until the problem is fix !!!
I don’t know how people could be in there with that smell Yuck …

So they ended up getting my order wrong. The thing that sucks is that I had to wait again, at least they gave me a free oreo cookie shake lol

We ordered food and coffee thru the drive through on 8÷5÷14 6:40 pm. As we were at the window, the cashier went to the back to «tell them out order». She came back laughing and we saw other staff laughing too. We finally got our food and parked to eat our food. As I opened my coffee to add creamer, I saw something floating in the coffee. I pulled it to the side of the cup with the straw and it was an insect. We decided not to eat anything and we returned to get our money back. The cook walked to the back and never came out. The inside was filthy. We finally got our money back. Never eat at this place.

Walk in and there’s crap all over the floor. Excusable if it’s busy but it wasn’t and I could here three people in the back talking loudly just kicking it. Manager walked out to inspect the area and just pushed in a couple chairs and trotted back to her hideout. Just a tip to Jack in the Box: Set some standards until then, your new name is poop in the box.

The closest fast food take out place in my area. They make the food as ordered which is nice. The drive thru staff is always nice. Can’t beat only having to spend a few dollars for dinner if you order from the value menu. I try to eat healthy, but if I eat here I get the chicken pita, pita snacks w/​grilled chicken or the soutwest style salad. The churros hit the spot if you have a sweet tooth. It is what it is… fast food quality.

Jack in the Box is pretty universal in taste, so I don’t really need to comment on the food. Although if my food starts looking shady I’ll let you guys know.
Location. I like this Jack’s because it has two entrances that are VERY convenient. There’s an entrance on PCH when you’re going south toward Long Beach and another entrance when you’re going west on Wilmington Blvd toward San Pedro. Also, there’s always parking but a lot of homeless tend to eat inside this Jack’s so unless you’re down with them this is your spot to park and eat.
What else? It’s 24 hours, I’ve gone here a couple of times reallly late at night and I’ve never been robbed or harmed. Unless that happens on one of my late night hunger adventures I’ll let you guys know. haha
