I have been bringing my 5 Kirbys in for maintenance service for the last year or so. The service folks have always been really good to work with! They are straight talkers, true to their word, do good work and charge a fair price. They will often prioritize me when I come in because I drive a little bit of a ways to come in, and we use the machines for our cleaning business. So far, so good!
