This isn’t your usual fish fry on a fancy fontoon. Two large pieces of deep fried fish per taco, and you get not one but TWO tacos for $ 7. Fresh veggies, homemade spicy mayo and spicy fish sauce drizzle on two corn tortillas each. I couldn’t believe it but I felt amazing and pretty full after eating the tacos. Mmmm, dat spicyyy. The crab cake sandwich for $ 9 looked pretty darn good too. When the black lady in line says she hunts the guy down who runs Koi because the food is so good and they know each other on a name basis you better believe that food is damn good. The line for this place was out of this world at the Delaware Art Museum event too so I made the right choice instead of getting a sandwich.

I thoroughly enjoyed the fish taco I had tonight from Koi at the DCCA Loop Night in Wilmington. They make a fish taco worth holding out for. Perfect texture and flavor!

Best food truck around. Best fish tacos anywhere – and I’ve been to San Diego. Great lunch on Thursdays at DCCA or Saturdays at Penn’s Woods. If you have to wait in line, know that your food is going to be fresh and delicious. Hot sauce is outstanding, but has real and building fire. Know what your tolerance for heat is.

If you like fish tacos it seems like this is your place, but i wouldnt get anything else. Their chicken fried rice tastes like it has fish in it, the portion was small which left me hungry and out $ 7. On the plus side, their hot pepper topping is pretty hot.

This food truck serves some seriously delicious food. I LOVED the crab cake. One of the best crab cakes I’ve ever had. Light, super crispy, full of crab and complimented with a great chipotle mayo. The fish tacos are solid also. I’ve also had the pulled pork slider. It was okay, nothing special to me, just some pulled pork that I’ve had before. We’ve also had the chicken fried rice and that was just okay too. We will be back for the crab cakes over and over again. I will be craving them!

Koi On The Go catered a lunch for our church event. Paul was fantastic and the food was better than anything I have ever eaten. We had so many compliments from the people enjoying the lunch. I would highly recommend them for any event you need catered. They will surpass your expectations!

Honestly this is one of my favorite food truck spots from anywhere I have been. I have a bit of an affinity to food trucks but these tacos are well done. Make sure you get the hot sauce he makes but be careful it is HOTTTT.

THEBESTFISHTACOSEVER!!! The chef and the woman that takes the orders(I think it’s his wife) are very friendly. The Port Special is also love. I just got put on to them this summer and now I am a stalker. I have gotten 3 ports in a week! If I could only eat one thing for the rest of my life, this would be it! You can follow them on Facebook to find out where they will be all week.

Best fish tacos and rice dish. Taken several people here and they love it as well. Highly recommend this food truck. Wish I knew the chefs name but he is very friendly and you can tell he cares what he sells.

I genuinely believe that the made fresh fish tacos are the best meal I have ever had. This food truck serves the absolute best food and the owner is the friendliest guy you could ever meet. I wish I could give KOI on the go 1,000 stars.

I went to lunch in downtown Wilmington at the park where all the food trucks gather and tried out Koi. Koi has about 5 menu items and I heard the fish tacos were really good. They offer for 2 tacos for $ 7 or you can combo it by getting 1 taco and another menu item for $ 9. I went with the combo and for my second choice I had the curry chicken over rice. Both were very good the fish taco was flounder and had very fresh taste to it. The chicken curry was also. Pretty good with just the right amount if spice to it, which was light but string enough to give the meal a good flavor. Koi is definitely a good food truck to try.

Speaking from Delaware standards, this food truck tops a lot of places. The fish taco is made to order to ensure a crunchy bite, and the spicy mayo is very similar to those served in Sushi restaurants. If this food truck were in my neighborhood, I would stop by everyday for lunch

Absolutely delicious! Koi on the go has become one of my new favorites. I have their fish tacos the first Friday of every month at the Delaware Center for Contemporary Arts( ) on the riverfront at the monthly«Art Loop». Koi on the go is a vendor there at this on going, FREE arts and culture night, from 5pm-9pm. The fish tacos are served on soft taco wraps, with fresh lettuce and radish slices, the fish is hand breaded and served crispy and covered in an amazing creamy sauce. Additional sauces are available to add your own level of spice, the thai peppers in them are spicy and definitely add some kick! This food is in high demand, they can be found outside of the DCCA at lunch time on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and at various places around the local area, they are well worth tracking down.

I love how food trucks have finally come to Delaware; we haven’t been«The First State» since 1776. I first saw(and tried) KOI on the go, at the Wilmington Flower Market earlier this month. I had their fish taco. It was good(fish had a nice crunch) and the ingredients were fresh(liked the radish slices); the sauce he put on it was yumtastic. Also I liked the added do-it-yourself condiments which consisted of some type of hot(yes, hot) sauce and chili flakes. I just tried them for the 2nd time, Thursday, out in front of DCCA. I had to rush(since I was attending an event at the DCCA) so I ordered the fish tacos again; this time they were a little disappointing; not enough crispness. The truck had this cute little chalkboard with an added menu item written in chalk(there is a picture in the listing.) Also there was a little chalkboard under that, where they had had their facebook URL; . They just started really using it. I think it’s a wife and husband that run the truck; they are both friendly. I know I am going to check out their other menu items. You should check them out. Where they will be: DCCA(Delaware Center for the contemporary Arts– by the Riverfront) Tuesdays & Thursdays: 11:30−2pm Rodney Square Farmers’ market — downtown Wilmington in front if the Dupont Hotel Wednesdays: 11:30−2pm And I heard that they are going to be at the Newark Co-op’s farmers market Sundays: 10−2pm
