Walk in eye exam on 2016-01-05 to get an updated contact lens prescription. Staff was inattentive and unclear. Doctor Brosman didn’t explain anything, just asked if the contacts felt okay. When I tried to check out for my insured $ 0 copay eye exam, they informed me that they had just done a «standard fit and follow up» which is not an exam. The eye exam that I had received cost $ 55. I was unaware of any fit or follow up occurring while I was there. Then they informed me that they had given me a new brand of contacts that I didn’t ask for and that the pair they had given me was not my exact prescription because they did not have it in stock. This was not a good experience and I will not return. I didn’t even bother with looking at glasses from them for fear of having another fitting fee. I feel robbed.
