The BEST Mexican food in South bay! Chili Verde is excellent, Shrimp Ceviche is awesome! Staff are very professional, Service is fast! Never had to ask for anything. Highly Recommend!

Being Mexican it’s hard to find authentic mexican food at times… But this restaurant offers not only authentic food, but GREAT authentic food at great prices. I’ve had the privilege to try a few dishes from seafood to a regular wet burrito and it’s all been less than BOMB… Customer service was also great, they were very attentive. I really felt at home. TWO THUMBS UP!

First time I come here women look very bulgur in the skirts they were wearing… I thought this was a family restaurant I was very uncomfortable every time she came over or passed by… Every time she turned in could see her black underwear

Good traditional Mexican food
The Chicken soup is awesome, the Carne assada Salad is very tasty, tacos are good, they serve beer too, portions are big too!

Old school traditional Mexican spot to go to in be good if Wilmington. Come here when I am driving through the neighborhood. Great traditional Mexican food. Had the enchiladas they are good!

I’ve only usually come here after a late night and need energy (food). Great staff during grave yard hrs. The food is good and the endless chips and salsa don’t hurt but the few times I’ve come in for lunch the place is crowded. If you don’t mind the wait then stop by.

Sorry but I have to omit a star for repeated poor service. Food overall is good except for my practically potato-​less taco. Hubby really likes their costillas plate. This time we waited over 30 mins for our food. No explanation, no apology… at least not from our waitress. The cashier serviced and communicated with us more pleasantly and apologetically than her. We’ll have to think twice before heading out this way for a meal.

The Cadillac margarita is good though

Great place I wish I had tried sooner. They have great and well priced food and drinks.
Mango Margarita with chili powder rim is my favorite drink so far. The chi chi, regular and strawberry margaritas are good also, but the Cadillac is a little too stronger for my taste.
As for food, the fajitas are my favorite and very good (although sometimes the veggies aren’t as grilled as I like them), the shrimp wet burrito with green chili is delicious and has a good spice to it, the burrito cochinito is good bur too big for me and I am not a fan of the sour cream being inside the burrtio, and the shrimp rancheros were good but I would like more spice to them.
Customer service is really good also and you can sit down wherever you choose when you get there.

I’ll give it 4 stars because the food is really good, menudo taste as good as Mexico, they have birria, pozole, cocido, desayunos, enchiladas, great ambience, but the waitresses aren’t happy…

Quality fajitas with great prices and the alcohol is on point. Love these margaritas and to think I have been coming around the area for 2 ½ years and never tried this place until two months ago!

This place is horrible! I would have given zero stars if I could! If you eat here beware! The staff is extremely rude! I went here twice just to be sure I wasn’t trippin. First time I dined in with my boyfriend & the waitress only spoke to us in Spanish. Which I don’t mind because my boyfriend speaks Spanish, however when I went to order she acted like she didn’t hear me or understand me so my boyfriend had to explain my entire order to her in Spanish which was awkward and uncomfortable and not to mention stupid and inconvenient. I ordered potato tacos, beans & rice. My rice was cold and my beans were crusted over at the top and over the sides like as if they had been sitting there all day long. Besides the beans the food wouldn’t have been so bad, but ultimately it was our rude waitress who really ruined it for us.
The second time I ordered for carry out, they told me 15 min over the phone so I showed up 30 min later and my food wasn’t near ready, the women working didn’t even start on my food actually until I arrived. I ordered chicken soup, so disgusting. The chicken was brown and dis colored and the soup was full of bones and skin. It was so greasy & disgusting I could only take a few bites. And once again rude waitresses. One waitress looked at me, ignored me & walked away. Is this how they treat all their customers? Not only did she ignore me, she went to the last cupboard behind the counter where her phone was, kneeled down and began to text for what seemed like about ten minutes.
This place sucks and is so over rated. I don’t know how this place has 4 stars but it’s probably from people who don’t live in Wilmington! Shit food and shit waitresses, and it’s a shame because I live right down the street. I’ll be going to Diana’s from now on.

Drink sizing is huge, worth the price.
Aqua frescas and micheladas are really mouth watering.
Food is definitely authentic mexican when you taste it. Leaves your tongue burning for more if you’re not used to spicey food. But definitely worth the burn.
They’ve been in business for so long and I can see why. They’re definitely worth stopping by when you’re craving good real Mexican dishes.
Service is always so attentive. Good varieties of drinks, beers, and cocktail options.
