McDonald’s

I am truly surprised by the previous comments! I stopped here this morning to get lunch for three of us. My daughter is a vegetarian and I needed to special order a McWrap. The counter help was immediate and the young man was polite and friendly. They were very accommodating and made her a beautiful veggie filled wrap. When the manager heard me speaking about the veggie wrap, she came right over offering suggestions. The coffee was fresh and delicious. The restaurant was immaculate as well. For a McDonald’s, it was one of my best experiences.

In agreement with the previous comments. When people pass by and stare at you when you’re in line and don’t take your order or when there’s a hair in your food… yeah, not coming back.

stopped there today, counter help distracted and confused and manager was too busy to take charge. In between her sips on her can of rock star she putzed around with the register but finally told someone to take our order. We waited 5 minutes total to give that order despite the fact that there was only one other customer who had been waited on. It took another overly long time to get our food and sat down to eat when the janitor decides to bleach mop the flow, ewwww, while we’re eating so we moved to the center of the restaurant. He finishes up then moves over to start again bleach mopping the center of the area, we packed up and left. Really? You suddenly need to mop at 5pm?!? And in the ONLY occupied section??? Absolutely clueless clowns running this show.
