Metro at Wilmington Station

I have lived here for the past 2 years and have been very happy with the office staff and the maintenance of the grounds. Everyone is very friendly. The social events really make this community a HOME! My daughter goes to Wilmington High and I find the school to be very attentive. We can walk to everything, Market Basket, the train, various restaurants. The common is available to rent out at no charge for functions and is absolutely beautiful, with a full kitchen.(We utilize perk that often.) I like that its a non smoking community even thou I am a smoker, it always smells fresh and clean. The cleaners are here daily maintaining the halls, ect… There is a kids playground and a dog park. I don’t have any complaints the staff handles all issues attentively. Better them than me!

We have been here for two years now, at the beginning I loved it, they canhged managers, I think 3 times each was good but you do get used to certain ones, our staff for the grounds is great I think he could use help! I do miss the fact that there is no activities that take place and that there is no pool that’s where we met people at our townhouse!:) now the big problem is the doggie park:(! It is a mess because people don’t pick up after their dogs alful !!’ The dogs dig holes which dogs do but some you can fall into or even a small dog, so since dogs dig the oweners should have to fill them in with a shovel I am totally unhappy with this park I don’t know how this has to be done but it should be the first thing to correct besides the fact it is a health habit:(! Smoking goes on where ever people want to smoke and dogs even go out back and it is left there also now after the first year we have to pay for our dogs that was one reason we could afford it our rent went up we knew it would but to charge another 50 $ is not fair, I think the ones that were here should be exempt!!! My husband and I are looking for another complex as of now sorry it was great the first year Marsha Pitzi

I have been living in this community for over a year. It’s a beautiful luxurious apartment in the north of Boston. We have had no complains since we moved here. The staff is great and the maintenance service is top notch. Whenever we have had any issues its resolved right away. The community is very neat and clean and well maintained. They have a small doggie park in the community which we love since we have a little puppy. Over all very happy with this community and would definitely recommend this place.
