The verdict is still out. Not sure if I got all that was promised to me for my first service. They were suppose to come and do an analyze of my lawn. I have no record of that. And my second application, if I was not home, I would not have know they were there. They did leave a lawn sign. I had the rear lawn fertilized and over seeded. Where there was already grass, it looks greener but, where there wasn’t any grass, there still isn’t. I will just have to wait until spring to see if it worked. (the over-seeding)

Used them for a year and a half on my 2 acres. I decided to use them, even though they were more expensive then the others because they offered «lifetime» overseeding while I used them.
Well after a year and a half my lawn looked worse then it ever had, even after having them come out repeatedly to look at the issues.
Then they called to sell me aeration with my overseeding, at $ 1,700! When I said no I would just do the free overseeding they said ok, no problem. Except 2 months later when they never showed and I called and was told, oh you only get that when you pay for the whole year up front.
The company is terrible on all levels. Don’t use unless you want to be overcharged for subpar lawn care.
