At first I wanted to get highlights to blend into my overgrown lightened hair. But then I decided to go blonde. After a consultation, it was a go.
My natural hair is black. The lightened hair that grew out was light brown. I wasn’t sure it was all going to come out in one color. After applying bleach, sitting under the dryer for about 45 minutes, rinsing it out then toner. My hair came out as I expected! I loved it! I felt like a rockstar.
I believe the owner worked on my hair. She was nice and so was her daughter who assisted in everything in the salon. I was even offered a piece of sweet mango as I waited under the dryer. I am sure I’ll be back for when my hair grows out.
