I wish I had read the reviews before I tried this. Same story as Elaine W.
Never received the products and did not want to refund my money. This cannot be a legitimate business. Must be a scam.
I waited almost a month, and called them every week however, nothing was received. Please look for similar products elsewhere. It really is not worth the stress.
And please read reviews prior to purchasing from companies like these. I sure will going forward.

DO NOT get suckered into ordering this. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Because I did not read small print, they kept sending the product for several months, while I was moving and failed to stay on top of things. All my fault — I understand but this is consumer fraud of the worst kind… buried in small print terms and conditions. Which they point out to you when you call them. …then when I said to cancel, they were most difficult, first they offered me 35% discount to keep getting it, then 50%, then 75% discount. STAY AWAY — similar products are available cheaper and safer. Now I just have to hope they really stop! I wish I could put a negative star!

I ordered a free trial but never received the product. I had a small window because I was moving and after a week or so or waiting I just decided to forget about it and call them to cancel. The fine print is that you cannot just call to cancel. You must return the products. Its hard to return an item I didn’t receive. So instead of the agent advising me or explaining all of this to me — he proceed to offer me to extend my trial or to sell me more items at a discount — he did not do this in the politest way either. I was so overwhelmed with the information and said no please just cancel my account I don’t want any more charges or product and he said fine we are going to charge you full price for the items and your account is now cancelled. Full price? How much is the full price? No reply. Why would I be charged full price? He said because you did not return the product to us. I explained again that if I had the product I would gladly return it as this has been such a headache BUT I DON’T HAVE IT! I was so frustrated. At that point he started to get agitated and pushy and said «Good bye ma’am» and when I cut him off to ask a question he replied «I said good-​bye ma’am» and hung up on me. I still don’t know what the outcome was? Did I get charged? I will have to call and cancel my card so they do not have my information on file anymore. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! Please do not deal with this company!

Absolute rip off! My wife tried their free trial. When they charged her account for 4 small charges, she called and cancelled they continued billing her card for 3 months and refuse to refund the money. they reps are rude. Horrible company. If you look them up on BBB they have an F rating, and are showing several complaints for the same issues. After calling the multiple times, they finally told me that she only cancelled one of the products. That each product you get from them they put on a different account, so if you call a certain number they will cancel 1 product then when they charge you again they will say you didn’t cancel that account. The first two reps told me they dont have sups that talking to customers, and even stating they would not transfer the call. The 3^rd rep I talked to finally told me about the separate accounts and told me that you have to call a different number to cancel the other product. I was calling the number that was reported to my credit card company. I told them I was done with the game and would be reporting them to the BBB and that’s when their sup came on the line. after debating with him for 10 mins he gave me about half of what they billed us for. about 60 dollars out of just over 120. When I talked to the sup about the complaints on the web against their company, and on BBB. He said «when you have hundreds of thousands customers there are always unhappy one so thats not a big deal.» WOW! Don’t do business with this company you will regret it.

Fact you must READ the terms and conditions, it’s a limited time Trail of 14 days and if the product is opened or otherwise damaged the trial is no longer Free. It will now cost $ 78.94.
Fact I called to understand this charge, because I was going to dispute the charges on my account. I told the customer service person I would dispute. I also told them I would report to the BBB.
Fact I got a full refund.
