Papa John’s Pizza

I wish I could give a lower rating… this is the worst service I’ve had from ANY PLACE. I probably will never order from Papa Johns again.
I placed an order at 8pm tonight under the impression that it would arrive within the standard 30 – 40 min period. I called the restaurant to check on the order and the girl who answered the phone was very abrupt and rude (lasted about 25 seconds). She cut me off when I was explaining what was going on, demanded my address, and said it will be there soon then hung up without another word. When the driver arrived almost an hour and ½ after the order was placed the pizza was cold and the driver looked like he was under the influence. I called the store again and asked to speak to the manager who said it should have told you an hour to an hour and a half as the current wait time. She said she would refund my order then quickly hung up without another word.
This is not acceptable costumer service. I DO NOT trust that they are actually going to refund my order and there is a very good chance that I will not order from Papa John’s again.

This is the worst Papa John’s my husband and I have ever ordered from. Very unprofessional and general manager is rude and a complete donkey… Second and last time we will order from there. We thought the first time was just a mishap but they don’t get orders right and don’t like to be told otherwise.

Last night I ordered 2 pizzas, sat down to watch the news, and my order arrived in only 30 minutes! I order here a few times a month because I love the specialty pizzas. The delivery drivers are always really nice and the pizza is always hot.

Don’t ever order from Papa johns at 3403 Lancaster ave Wilmington DE 19 806 The service is beyond terrible, even the GM John is rude. I ordered $ 36 worth of food, after an hour it shows up cold, when I called back to complain I was told well it might not be hot but it wasn’t cold, that they are busy but because it was in the bag it should still be warm. After explaining that this is not acceptable they said they would remake it. I said if you are coming back out here I would like to also buy a soda, his response was I will throw one in there for you. Another hour later the food finally shows up but with no soda. The driver said he would bring it but never showed up. When I called again I was treated terribly because I am interfering with their ability to help other customers. I would’ve gave them more stars but just because they got a attitude with me through the phone they lost their stars, but overall I give them one star because they did replaced our food! Also to deal with the company that is so well known but they have a bunch of kids working at their store saying that they are managers or general managers that do not know how to take care a problem other then to argue with you through the phone is very unprofessional of Papa John’s !! You are better off drive down a block and you would find Domino’s Pizza, where you are better off going to dominoes and getting more for your money and less attitude and treated with respect!!! I am very disappointed, and I am in shock of the way I was treated today at Papa John’s!!! 03/​29/​2014

I cannot emphasize how bad this Papa John’s is. Every pizza that I’ve ever ordered from this place takes a minimum of 90 minutes to arrive. The worst was over 2 ½ hours. And they always have the same excuse no matter what time of day or night that you order. They always say that it’s a busy time of day. Well, do yourself a favor and give your business to another Papa John’s or another pizza place that can handle the workload.
