Absolutely terrible experience with these people. It started back in October when they did a leaf removal service that I never requested. I was out of town at the time it was done and knew nothing of it until I got the invoice. This spring I changed jobs and with that came a new email address for Penny Hill to send invoices to. This is how they collect payment… there is a link to follow on the invoice. Regardless, I called them multiple times trying to get the invoice sent to my new address. They finally sent one today that was for 250.00 because they said they were cutting my yard once a week instead of every two weeks. I am out of town so often for my job that I can not confirm if they have been here that often. However, I only contracted them for 2 cuts a month. They decided to change that without any consultation with me. When I emailed them about the issue I got 2 different emails from 2 different people saying conflicting things about what the amount covered. After much back and forth I paid them the full amount and immediately dropped their service. They are very disorganized and will sneak in services when you’re unaware.
