Can’t say enough about this location. They helped solve an issue that I have been trying to fix for a month. Angel went out of his way to help.
They make it feel more like a locally owned place than a corporate store.

I made an online appointment for 1pm on a Friday afternoon for an oil change. Arrived at 12:30pm. The front desk clerk said it would be about an hour… hahaha. I walked out at 2:10 with my van after they had just took another car. Why on God green earth do you have this option of online appointments when it means crap!!! Please don’t waist my time. I would never recommend unless you feel like waiting all day in a tiny, packed waiting room.

Angel the service manager is indeed an angel! I pulled in with a minor but very urgent repair that needed to be taken care and he listened carefully to the problem, took immediate action and accomplished a simple repair on the spot. It’s customer service the way it ought to be. Highly recommended — THANK YOU, ANGEL! You’re the best!

So I have had my share of negative experiences at this location, but it seems that they have brought in new management to change the service level.
This morning I brought my Jeep in for an oil change, I had an 8am appt and as soon as I arrived it was taken right back — oil changed (they even shut off the reminder light) and out the door 40 mins later.
Did you know you can go online and download coupons to your iPhone passbook? Super convenient.
Glad I gave them another chance!

Incompetent front desk help. Brought my car in on a Tuesday, was told parts needed to be ordered. Scheduled me for a Sunday morning because they said it would be in by then. Drove through a horrible ice storm to get there on time. An hour after my spot was scheduled my car was still not brought back. They called me to the front desk only to tell me they forgot to order the parts. I asked when they could get them in… A month later — I’m still waiting. (Actually, took my business elsewhere). Sales help looked like an unmade bed, should know better than to trust disorganization with organizing…
«Eggie» was incompetent, and his manager, did nothing to correct the situation or apologize. You have tons of options for car care, go someplace that cares — stay far away from here.

My s.o. came in on Friday and asked how long it’d be for an oil change. The person at the counter said it’d be at least an hour and a half and was super rude so she walked out.
We scheduled an oil change online for both our cars for Saturday afternoon. Also found a good deal through the pep boys website (expired at the end of that day). When we arrived (a half hour early) we were told that it’d be at least an hour and a half wait. Sensing a theme? They said they could fit us both in Sunday morning right away and they’d honor the online deal.
We showed up Sunday morning right on time for her and a half hour early for me and they said there are four people ahead of us and that it’d be an hour and a half for her and two hours for me. I’m sorry I don’t want to drop my car off for half a day because I have a lot of things to get done.
I could’ve done my oil myself for how long I spent waiting — -usually I go in because it’s a lot quicker, but this was nuts.
After waiting a half hour (spent making our grocery list for the week) we left since they hadn’t touched our cars. I wouldn’t trust someone with a car who can’t handle making a schedule.
