Flavin did a fantastic job on my sons hair p! He has very hard hair to cut, but she was fabulous! His hair has never looked so good honestly! The Salon us gorgeous and the staff very friendly. I love this place. The owner, staff and my colorist Cyndi are awesome, knowledgeable and extremely talented! I’ve been going there for years, have color resistant hair. My hair is healthy, happy and only the products that they use hold the color. Sorry Aveda and Redkin. They use the only the best products and the price is just the same if not better than other salons. Just look at my hair. I get complements ALLTHETIME! Love their online booking. If you need an appointment be sure to get one in advance because they do book up quickly. #goldwell

5 year relationship tarnished by attitude and ego! Going to them for keratin treatment for close to 1.5 years now; almost 5 years for all services. This past keratin treatment not only cost me significantly more money, it did nothing! In fact it left my hair looking like an electrically shocked monkey ! I mentioned on my next two visits with them for hair color that I was unhappy; that I felt like the process made my hair more frizzy … And that I thought it was possible that due to the significant length of my hair since my last keratin, that not enough product was used. Regardless, I left it to them to decide, as they are the professionals. After all, they did say that with more Keratin treatment I received, the better quality my hair would be! But what happened next was unprofessional: 1. My hair stylist said nothing about my concerns in the two hair color trips following my keratin treatment — she just continued to color my hair avoiding conversation all together. 2. When I called the owner a week later, she got back to me In A few days and I felt like I was on the defensive. Not a fun conversation. We chatted and she said she would get back to me. 3. 2 weeks later I heard nothing. I called back. She finally called me back saying that she was trying to coordinate schedules with my hair stylist to talk — that they worked at different times. Seriously!!! My ridiculously frizzy and crazy hair was now at the mercy of her schedule??? So I … 4. I made an appointment for hair color(note to new clients — their hair color doesn’t seem to cover Greys for more than 5 days), the owner said she would meet me there. Are you sitting down —– 5. I walked in an immediately she was on the aggressive — trying to say that she«didn’t know what shampoo I was using that could be damaging my hair», because I wasn’t «purchasing it from their salon»… Note to readers — Amazon sells the same products for much less — so why would I pay more if I don’t have to? But seriously, let’s think about this. Why would I invest $ 480 every 3 months just to use a cheap shampoo that would screw up my treatment ??? Did she really think that by digging up my purchase records with her salon, that it was going to make me feel any better about the fact that I was sitting there looking her in the face with a head of what looked like electrically shocked monkey hair !!! And further, my hair stylist knows how much I spend on crazy expensive product — she knows I use top of the line sulfate free product on my hair. Seriously — the owner at this point seemed to be grasping at anything she could to defend herself with. So… 6. It was then that I knew I would get nowhere with this person. So I … 7. Asked for a refund and went on my merry way. There are too many great salons out there with more integrity than Perry Anthony in pike creek. 5 years of doing everything that they asked of me and spending upwards of $ 300 a month at this salon, and this is how it ends? Their blatant disregard and defensive state on a keratin treatment gone wrong clearly showed their true colors. Flavia Scarvo, Jilian Brainard… I’m out!

First let me say that my review is for a waxing only. The salon and spa are nicely decorated, exactly what you would expect from an upscale place. I went here for a waxing because the woman came recommended to me, I was told she gives one of best pain free waxes. While she was very pleasant, I wasn’t pleased with my waxing. My eyebrows weren’t symmetrical, a little too much was taken off the inside, and too much was left on the ends, and she didn’t trim them as well as I would have liked. While it didn’t hurt at all, I would much rather feel pain and have perfect arches. I don’t think that I would return here for another waxing.

I came here for a facial and waxing. I called and they were able to fit me in the same day. My aesthetician was very knowledgeable and gentle. Best of all, I thought the prices for all of their services and products were very reasonable! These procedures are always pricey, but I thought this place was moderate for the great quality service you get.
