Pete’s Pizza

First of all, don't get me wrong, I love Petes food, BUT, tonight I ordered a pizzA cheese steak. 10 or 12 wings that came with CELERY and blue cheese dressing, the sauce. On the app, I put in that I wanted an extra RANCH DRESSING AND EXTRA CELERY, THAT I PAID FOR. I understand they get busy, THAT'S NOT MY FAULT. Slow down and GET YOUR ORDERS CORRECT, especially when the customer has paid for the extras.

Petes pizza… 1^st off, the woman answering the phones is very incompitant. Picks up and immediately puts me on hold (lays the phone on the counter), while she argues w/​a Co worker. I’m holding for 3 min 26 seconds listening to the argument. Order my food, it literally took an 1hr 20mins to get to my house… I could’ve sat down in a restaurant and ate by the time the food gets here. And the driver has an attitude bvuz we refused our (Now Cold) food… I would NOT recommend them, purely for their lack of customer service skills. Let alone punctuality.

estimated delivery 9:32 am — 9:42 am.
called and asked about my order at 9:50 am.
it is now 10:50 and i’m still hungry.
Do not order from here if you are in need of sustenance A$AP!

I’m not impressed with their food especially their breakfast. They should just stop making it. Everything lacks taste. Eggs, grits, fish, pancakes etc. The stromboli I got was ok but not enough for me to order from them again.

Horrible. Do not order from here. Mozzarella sticks were cold, greasy, and half of them actually had no cheese in them at all. Cesar salad that was 8 dollars was just lettuce. Fries were basically raw.

They have horrible service!!! I waited for my food for over 2 hours! I called and they seemed like they could careless! I wish I would have taken my money elsewhere.

Delivery took 1 hour just for large pizza, wings, and fries. Food was cold and the buffalo chicken pizza had no buffalo sauce on it. Wings were a good size but cold. Large pizza was fairly small which made small slices.

Flavor of the pizza was decent BUT it arrived cold. We had to heat it up in the microwave… I paid via Grub Hub and the driver came to the door expecting payment. He had to call and confirm even after I showed my email receipt. My first order with them and wasn’t 100% impressed!

Traveled to Delaware for the weekend and wanted a great breakfast spot. Someone recommended this location and I went to review their menu on their website. I ordered French toast, scrambled eggs, and turkey bacon. They actually delivered my multiple orders (large group) and the food was delicious! Everything that we asked for was correct and the price was very reasonable. I must say I was actually stunned that they delivered since I’m use to breakfast dinner’s that simply want and accept walk-​ins.
The menu had many options that ranged from breakfast, pizza, to dinner options. I think places like this deserve honest reviews and I for one will post my own. I will be sure to order again from this establishment.

The meatball grinder was large, a lot of good value for the price. The mega fries were surprisingly flavorless; you could likely do better just picking up frozen crinkle fries and baking them with seasoning salt. The wings had to be microwaved. They weren’t very fresh at all, and were randomly cold in a lot of spots. It wasn’t really bad, per se, just not worth the hassle unless you have a lot of drunk friends over. Also, the delivery took over an hour… don’t even bother with trying to redeem the half price deal. All in all, if nothing else was open and I didn’t feel like driving, this wouldn’t be terrible.

The delivery was quick and courteous. The good was very good. This was my first time ordering from here but won’t be my last.

I ordered a large pepperoni and 10 wings for delivery. The pizza tasted like it was from dominos just in a different box. The wings were alright I guess. They also forgot my pizza when they initially showed up and came back 20 minutes later. No apology. I probably will not order from them again.

The manager is extremely unprofessional and not only would he not honor an advertised ’30 minutes or food is half off deal’ he spoke to my mother in a very rude tone when explaining it. I encourage people to get their Cheesesteaks from G&P’s up the street, they’re better and they have way better service.

I’m only speaking on their breakfast because thats all I have had… but lemme tell you that the next time I am in Wilmington I am definitely ordering from them again.
Cheese grits … perfect. Bacon, egg and cheese burrito was slammin; I cant even finish it all. Without a doubt this is the place to hit up if you need a hearty breakfast after a night of partyin.
