We recently used Pods to move within Jacksonville. I’m mostly very disappointed because my quote was off. I even called back twice and talked to 2 different customer service reps and both came to the same quote. Originally it was 1875.94 for 2 16′ to be placed in storage for a week and delivered to the new address still in Jacksonville. Final bill came to 2,052.91. I still don’t see how the estimate could change if they knew exactly what was expected to happen even just before they were re-​delivered. Customer service was always polite, and delivery drivers called and were on time. But moving is stressful and expensive enough, they could have at least honored the original estimate. They also drove off my drive way when placing the pods at our new house and messed up the lawn. I’ll come back and give them 2 stars if they fix it. But I doubt it.
