I had a better experience than reviewer from 2012. Located in the second floor it was an easy in and out. The waiting room was clean and big but really only spent 2 minutes there as I was taken right away at 11:15.
Blood draw was quick and painless. Professional staff.

Is poorer customer service possible? Close weekdays at 3:30. Closed one hour for lunch mid-​day. Cannot contact by phone (ie., get a menu or a request to «visti the web site»). Their selection as sole source by Aetna has to be based solely on cost, not on quality/​customer service I would switch in a second if my insurance covered another.
