I finally got sick and tired of paying to outrageous prices that the big boxes charge for ink refills. I decided to try these guys last month. The pricing is significantly better and they provide free delivery as well. What a great service. Stephanie, who helped me, is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Of course there are going to be delays and times when they are out of stock on an item, but all my dealings with them to this point have been great. I will continue to use this service and recommend them to my friends and fellow business associates! Thanks again guys!

We went in to get ink, but they were out of stock. No problem. They said it would be there in two days and that they’d call us and set it aside. 5 days later I called to see if our order had come in and they just hadn’t called, but they said that the «hurricane» had delayed the shipment, again, that’s ok. Another week later, still no call. So we went back to the store. They said it STILL hadn’t come in and that it’d be at lease another week… All we wanted was one simple black, standard ink cartridge. So we went online and got it for $ 13.00 cheaper than what they were going to charge us… Very disappointed.
