They are wishy washy. We’ve called to report issues and problems such as unregulated parking in our condo group. No response other than «they are working on it». The name sea gull management is quite apropos. They exist only as a front to fool the not so smart into believing there is a way of actually getting something done in an apartment or condo group. Sub-​par at best.
