Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. Purchased a groupon for an Oil change so I called to inquire about an appointment opening, and was told that if I could be there soon they were dead and had plenty of open times. 15 minutes later I arrived, and was told there was a small wait and asked to hang out. They took my keys and the car as well as my number and said they’d call when it was done. I sat in the waiting room. Fast forward three hours. Still sitting in the room, so I finally get up to go inquire about my car. After standing in line for another 20 minutes, I ask and am told it’s been ready. I SATTHEREWAITINGINTHEESTABLISHMENTANDNOBODYTOLDMEORCALLED. And then as I’m getting my keys and whatnot I’m informed that my groupon ONLYCOVEREDITPARTIALLY. So the reason I came here was no longer even valid. Expensive and annoying. Don’t waste your time here.

DONOTGOHERE. I had my oil changed at the beginning of the week. Car was running fine previously, just routine oil change. Since the oil change, it has had trouble starting. Now THREE days later, my car will not start at all. I go to get a new battery and go figure, it isn’t the battery. So now I get to spend MORE to figure out wtf they did. Little ironic?

Pretty good experience, decent prices and friendly techs and receptionists. Had to get new tires, oil change and a diagnostic check on my car. They didn’t sell me on anything I didn’t need and explained what each code meant and what they needed to so to fix it. I would go back to sears if I needed to get my car fixed again.
