Sellers Tile and Custom Countertops

What a horrible place! Only giving the one star because I could not post otherwise. I had used them for granite of our kitchen which turn out nice. So when we moved and the movers damaged a marble pedestal I called Sellers to see if they could repair it. Joe Sellers said yes. He picked up the pedestal and then never did the work. I called and left him messages which he never returned. I talked to his father and to several other people who work there. After several weeks I was told Joe couldn’t give me a date when the repair could be done. Then he said it would be repaired in a couple of weeks. A couple of weeks go by and he still did not do the work. We are talking about two small marble squares to be glued together and glued to the base of the pedestal. I told his office I wanted the pedestal back fixed or not. I was reassured it would be done finished or not and returned to the movers by the following Monday. When I called Tuesday it was still not done. I was told Joe didn’t know when he could get to it even though I was told it would be repaired or returned by the day before. Joe called me the next day to tell me he was too busy and had no idea when he could to fix my pedestal for which he had for over a month. I asked him to return my pedestal and asked how can you take something for repair and not be able to give a date for it to be repaired? He then called me a d*** for not understanding and that I could f***ing pick the pedestal up myself if I wanted it. This is no way to treat a customer, especially a customer who spent considerable money with them.
