Awesome customer service! Treated my middle school age daughter & her friend as they were customers as well. Very knowledgeable about the merchandise. The manager (Quentin G. and sales associate (Stephen S.) have earned two life-​long customers. This was one shopping experience that was actually enjoyable (I am not a big shopper, but recognize wonderful service when received). Highly recommend ! Wish i had gone to this store first.

Atrocious customer service. I waited from 1:00 — 5:00 for my mattress delivery. When it didn’t arrive, I went online and clicked «Chat Now.» Instead of a chat, I got an email saying they’d get back to me in the next two business days. I called. After more than thirty minutes they said they had an inventory problem and the delivery date had been changed to four days further out. I obviously had not been notified of the change. I canceled the order. The only reason I gave it one star is because, Debbi, the saleswoman I bought it from was good.

MaryAnne was so great to deal with. I wasn’t ready to purchase a bed the day I went in, but I left with 2 «I love my pillows» because of her customer service. She makes you want to buy from Sleepy’s. When I am ready to make a bed purchase I will go back just to purchase from MaryAnn.
