I LOVE these guys!!! Buying a car does NOT need to be a nightmare. These guys treated us like family. No nonsense, no pressure. They spent all the time we needed, showed us every car we wanted to see and even drove me to a competing brands lot when I wanted to do a side by side comparison with another car! The price negotiations were swift and they gave us a great deal and great money on my trade in. Don’t know that I’ll ever buy another car from anybody else. Everyone was just great and our sales team of Garrett Lee and his Sales Manager Brittany were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Do not bother going anywhere else. Stop here first and drive out in a new car. We liked them so much we came back a week later and bought another car from them!!!

We were in the market for a used small truck. Jerome and Matt showed us what they had on the lot. They also showed us what was at the other dealerships in the franchise that could be brought in. This was very helpful. We also enjoyed talking with them during the whole process.

My review is two-part…I went there during the day to see what kind of vehicles they had while shopping for an SUV. I was just looking because I really didn’t know what kind of car I wanted, just that I needed one bigger. The first salesman was nice at first, then because super pushy. He kept trying to get me to talk to his manager and I hadn’t even decided on a car. Told him that we would come back after lunch (I was STARVING) and test drive one that seemed like it would fit my needs. He TOLD me to speak to his manager before going to lunch. Didn’t ask. Told. That struck a nerve with me and I told my Dad that I was shopping with, that we would not be going back. I actually gave up on car shopping for a month because I didn’t want to deal with another salesman.
I month goes by and Dad said we should go at night so I could look without being pressured. We went after dinner and I got a chance to really look at the cars. A salesman was working late and he just casually asked while he was leaving if we had any questions. We did then. He was super nice and not pushy at all. Changed my whole opinion of the place. I didn’t end up buying from them because by then I really had my heart set on something else, but if I had encountered the nice man I met at 9 pm the first day I may have.

Usual quick competent service from Royce & Team. Always go the extra mile.
