Strickland’s Window Coverings

The installer was great! The salesperson was good, but not available when things went wrong. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. She refused when we asked to speak to the salesperson and owner. She simply said no other customers complained when their orders took twice as long as originally told or when panels were missing from their order, causing 6″ gaps in the blinds. She never called to let us know when our order would arrive once our delivery date had passed, nor did she call to set up installation once the order had arrived. We called regarding both issues and she snapped at us for wanting to set up the appointment to have the issue corrected. We found this behavior very disappointing, especially due to the fact that we had paid in advance and our order arrived many weeks past our original delivery date. It’s a shame that a local business would have such poor customer service. We won’t be returning.

Really awesome service! I was on a limited budget. The guy that came out was very pro and very willing to help me save. Communication from the office was good. Installer did a great job. Would certainly recommend!
